During a recent speech for the Americans with Disabilities Act event held at the Rose Garden, President Joe Biden went viral once again for all the wrong reasons.
This time it appears that Biden was strangely calling out for someone’s mother multiple times until one of his handlers had to calm him down.
According to Trending Politics, Biden stated, “Where’s mom? Mom?” as he looked around confused and lost.
“Mom you can’t stand up if you’re home,” Biden later said.
