Former President Donald Trump has just slapped New York Attorney General Letitia James with a lawsuit over her excessive probe into his business dealings.
According to New York Times, Trump’s lawyers are claiming that James has violated Trump’s constitutional rights by incessantly looking into his businesses for over two years now with little to no evidence of wrong doing being brought forward.
Trump is claiming that the investigation into his business is politically motivated and rightfully so.
“Her mission is guided solely by political animus and a desire to harass, intimidate, and retaliate against a private citizen who she views as a political opponent,” Trump’s lawyers said in a statement.
Trump’s lawyers are demanding that the judge end the investigation immediately.
Sadly, while it appears that Democrat leaders and the January 6th committee are still trying destroy former President Donald Trump to prevent his 2024 run. Republicans still aren’t looking into anything that President Biden has done in his lengthy political career.
