This was surprising to see.
Popular conservative commentator Bill O’Reilly is urging President Trump to reconsider his stance on the Kilmar Abrego Garcia case, suggesting that ignoring the Supreme Court’s directive could create unnecessary legal headaches.
On his hit show No Spin News, O’Reilly emphasized that while President Trump’s strong leadership has been critical for securing America’s borders, refusing to allow Abrego Garcia’s return might hand Democrats and liberal activists new ammunition.
“In my view, the Trump administration is making a mistake by not bringing the man back, since the Supreme Court expects cooperation,” O’Reilly said, as reported by Mediaite. “If I’m President Trump, I don’t want to alienate the Supreme Court—period.”
Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a citizen of El Salvador, originally entered the United States claiming he faced life-threatening conditions back home. In 2019, a court granted him temporary protection, but later evidence tied him to suspicious activities.
Today, his deportation has turned into a political firestorm. Left-wing politicians are pressuring the Trump administration to bring him back, while conservatives are standing firm on protecting national security.
The Supreme Court has ordered that the administration “facilitate” his return. However, Trump officials argue that the responsibility lies with El Salvador’s government, which refuses to accept him.
This ongoing legal battle highlights the broader struggle between the executive branch and the judiciary, a dynamic that has defined much of President Trump’s fight to restore constitutional balance.
Adding more fuel to the fire, Abrego Garcia has been linked to human trafficking and the notorious MS-13 gang. During a 2022 traffic stop in Tennessee, authorities pulled him over while he was traveling with eight other individuals. Although no immediate charges were filed, law enforcement agencies remain highly suspicious.
“He’s not just an innocent worker mowing lawns in Maryland,” O’Reilly said sharply. “The Justice Department should investigate thoroughly—and if guilty, he should be deported without hesitation.”
The Trump administration continues to prioritize law and order, refusing to let activist courts or liberal media outlets dictate immigration policy. Supporters argue that America’s future depends on standing firm—even when political battles grow fierce.
