This was surprising.
Tesla CEO and potential owner of social media giant Twitter, Elon Musk, appears to have taken a swipe at former President Donald Trump by suggesting that he was useless president while in office.
According to Insider, Musk taunted the Biden Administration for printing “a zillion dollars” that they didn’t have. “The role of printing money is handled by the Treasury Department and largely depends on the activity of the Federal Reserve. Biden’s agenda on the other hand relies on Congress’ appropriations — and doesn’t seem to get a lot done,” Musk said.
Musk then turned his focus on Trump and his administration and said, “The Trump administration, leaving Trump aside, there were a lot of people in the administration who were effective at getting things done.”
Musk made sure to take Trump out of his own administration and claimed that everyone in his administration EXCEPT Trump himself achieved a lot of success.
Musk didn’t specify who in Trump’s administration he believed did good work however the fact that he smeared Trump nonetheless is sure to upset the former president.
