A major lineup of musicians and entertainers has officially been announced for President Donald Trump’s upcoming America 250 celebration in Washington, D.C., as preparations continue for one of the nation’s largest patriotic events in decades.

The “Great American State Fair,” a 16-day celebration honoring America’s 250th birthday, is expected to attract visitors from across the country when it begins June 25 on the National Mall.

Organizers revealed Wednesday that country music star Martina McBride, rapper Flo Rida, entertainer Vanilla Ice, dance music group C+C Music Factory, and rock singer Bret Michaels are among the featured performers.

The celebration is part of the nationwide America 250 initiative commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Organizers say the event will highlight American history, innovation, military service, music, entrepreneurship, and cultural traditions from all 50 states and U.S. territories.

Freedom 250 CEO Keith Krach described the gathering as an opportunity for Americans to come together during a historic moment for the country.

“The Great American State Fair is designed to unite Americans from all 56 states and territories in a celebration of the traditions, innovation, music, military pride, freedom, and entrepreneurial drive that shape the identity of our country,” Krach said while unveiling the event’s entertainment lineup.

Krach added that the event will showcase military heroes, innovators, performers, and everyday Americans who represent the country’s values and achievements.

Other performers confirmed for the celebration include iconic funk group The Commodores, rapper Young MC, pop act Milli Vanilli, and R&B favorites Morris Day and the Time.

Organizers say more performers and attractions will be announced in the coming weeks as excitement continues to build around the America 250 festivities.

The event is expected to feature concerts, state exhibits, food, historical displays, military tributes, and family-friendly attractions designed to celebrate the nation’s history and future.

Supporters of the event say the celebration could become one of the most memorable patriotic gatherings held in the nation’s capital in recent years.
