This is very strange.
In a shocking turn of events, the White House is now claiming that no visitors log exists of President Biden’s private home in Wilmington, Del., where the classified documents were discovered.
According to The Hill, White House counsel’s office claimed, “Like every President across decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal.”
They added, “But upon taking office, President Biden restored the norm and tradition of keeping White House visitors logs, including publishing them regularly, after the previous administration ended them.”
Then to make matters even more strange, a spokesperson for the Secret Service said that while they do provide security for Biden’s home, they do not keep a visitor logs for who all goes to his home.
This news of no visitors log not existing all of the sudden comes after Republican Rep. James Comer called on the Biden Administration to immediately release the visitor logs so House Republicans can properly investigate everything that unfolded.
Comer said, “Given the serious national security implications, the White House must provide the Wilmington residence’s visitor log.”
It’s important to remember that President Biden has spent nearly 40% of his presidency at his Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach homes.
Trump immediately criticized the news of there being no visitor logs for Biden’s home and said, “The White House just announced that there are no LOGS or information of any kind on visitors to the Wilmington house and flimsy, unlocked, and unsecured, but now very famous, garage.”
