Judge Delivers Devastating News To Trump Haters

Trump and the GOP win again.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) just scored a massive legal victory, and Democrats are fuming. A Texas judge expanded a restraining order against failed Democrat candidate Beto O’Rourke and his political group Powered by People, slamming the brakes on their shady fundraising scheme that funneled cash to runaway Democrat lawmakers.

Judge Slams O’Rourke’s PAC for “Deceptive Acts”

In her ruling, Tarrant County District Judge Megan Fahey blasted O’Rourke’s group for misleading donors and breaking Texas law. She declared that O’Rourke’s operation was engaged in “false, misleading, or deceptive acts” by raising money from Texans and then using it to bankroll Democrat legislators who abandoned the state to block Republican redistricting efforts.

The judge also froze O’Rourke’s ability to move money outside Texas through platforms like ActBlue, calling the scheme “unlawful.” She stressed that if the court didn’t act, the State of Texas would face “irreparable harm.”

Democrats Tried to Cheat Texans — And Got Caught

For weeks, O’Rourke’s PAC had been raising millions to cover personal expenses for Democrats who fled the Lone Star State rather than show up and do their jobs. But Paxton stepped in, accusing O’Rourke of bribery and deception — and now the court agrees.

Paxton celebrated the ruling, saying:

“In Texas, breaking the law comes with consequences, and Beto is learning that lesson the hard way. His dishonest scheme to bankroll the runaway Democrats has been shut down.”

Paxton: “The Full Force of the Law Is Coming”

Paxton vowed that Democrats will not get away with undermining Texas voters or sabotaging the Legislature. “The cabal of Democrats who colluded to scam Texans and derail our government will face the full force of the law, starting with Robert Francis O’Rourke,” Paxton declared.

What This Means for Conservatives

This ruling is another reminder that Democrats will stop at nothing — even bribery and deception — to cling to power. But in Texas, strong Republican leadership is holding the line and defending the rule of law. The victory sends a powerful message: Texas will not bow to corrupt Democrat schemes.
