Here’s what has happened…

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, has officially pleaded guilty to drunk driving and causing injury to an individual from back in May.

According to Fox, in Pelosi’s plea agreement it was included that he would serve five days in jail however Judge Joseph Solga decided to give Pelosi credit for four days. What’s interesting however is that only two of the four days in jail were actually served by Pelosi and the other two days were given as “conduct credits.”

The remaining day which is considered the fifth day will be served by Pelosi as a “eight-hour work program.”

Paul Pelosi will not be serving any jail time.

Pelosi will have to serve a three-month drunk driving program and will have an ignition interlock device for one year on his vehicle. He will also have to make restitution payments and serve three years on probation.

It was also reported that Pelosi himself didn’t appear in court and only his attorney showed up.

When officers arrest Pelosi in May for the accident it was reported that Pelosi’s 2021 Porsche hitting a 2014 Jeep sustained “major collision damage” in the accident.
