Schiff And Newsom Attack Trump

Schiff and Newsom were very upset that Trump said this. Could it be true?

On Tuesday, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) took to social media to criticize former President Donald Trump. Trump had suggested on Truth Social that President Joe Biden might attempt to reclaim Democrat nomination. He described Biden as the “most terrible President in U.S. history” and alleged that his presidency had been unlawfully taken from him by a coalition of figures including Kamala Harris, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and others. Trump speculated that Biden might disrupt the Democratic National Convention and challenge him to another debate, claiming Biden regretted giving up the presidency.

Schiff, who is also campaigning for a U.S. Senate seat in California, responded on X (formerly Twitter) by mocking Trump’s fears, suggesting they were a sign of insecurity rather than a serious concern.

Governor Newsom also responded on X, reinforcing the view that Trump’s remarks were driven by anxiety about the political landscape. Newsom’s comments implied that Trump’s concerns were more about his own position than any actual threat from Biden.

Two Republican organizations critical of Trump, GOP Voters Against Trump and The Lincoln Project, also weighed in. GOP Voters Against Trump condemned Trump’s comments as a “rant” and described them as “unhinged,” dismissing his claims about a stolen presidency as unfounded.

In a statement to media outlets, Ian Krager, spokesman for former Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), labeled Trump’s post as a “projection of his own craziness,” further questioning Trump’s mental state.

Media outlets have contacted several individuals and offices for additional comments, including Trump’s campaign, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), former President Obama, Michelle Obama, the Harris election team, and the White House.
