Trump AG Makes Biden Cry

Common-sense voter protections are here to stay, and the radical left is not happy.

In a major win for election integrity, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi has officially dropped a high-profile lawsuit pushed by the Biden administration targeting Georgia’s voter reform law. The lawsuit, filed by Biden’s DOJ, tried to block the 2021 Election Integrity Act—a law championed by Georgia Republicans and supported by a majority of voters across the state.

Georgia’s Election Law Upheld: What Voters Should Know

The legislation, signed by Governor Brian Kemp, strengthens key voter ID requirements, limits unmonitored ballot drop boxes, and prohibits political operatives from handing out food or water to voters in line—a loophole often exploited for partisan campaigning. Despite the media firestorm, the law simply ensures fair, transparent elections in Georgia.

Democrats and liberal activists labeled the law “voter suppression,” but their claims fell flat. President Biden even went so far as to compare the bill to “Jim Crow 2.0”—a statement many Americans found offensive and historically inaccurate.

Bondi Hits Back: “Narrative Doesn’t Match Reality”

In a scathing statement released Monday, Bondi accused the Biden DOJ of promoting a political narrative that had no basis in fact.

“Despite the Biden administration’s claims, Black voter turnout actually increased under this law,” Bondi said. “Georgians deserve secure elections—not political theater and misinformation.”

This comes after Georgia saw record-breaking voter turnout in 2024, with President Donald J. Trump carrying the state—further proof that the law did not suppress votes.

The Left’s Backlash—and the Real Results

The passage of the Election Integrity Act sparked outrage from liberal celebrities, Big Tech billionaires, and even Major League Baseball, which moved the 2021 All-Star Game out of Atlanta in protest. HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm even mocked the law in a season plotline—just more proof of Hollywood’s disconnect from working-class Americans.

But real voters weren’t swayed. In fact, support for secure elections only grew stronger as the truth came out.

Raffensperger and Georgia Republicans Vindicated

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican who stood by the law despite political pressure, welcomed the DOJ’s retreat.

“This confirms what we’ve said from day one: Georgia’s election law is constitutional, fair, and necessary,” Raffensperger said. “We lost an All-Star Game, but we gained back voter confidence.”

Bottom Line: Secure Elections Are Not Suppression

Despite desperate attempts by Democrats to stir controversy, Georgia’s election reform law is working. It has increased trust, transparency, and turnout—proving that strong voter ID laws do not hinder participation, they protect it.
