This must have been terrifying.
In a chilling turn of events, federal agents have arrested a self-proclaimed anarchist accused of offering a $45,000 bounty to have U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi killed. The shocking plot was discovered after the suspect allegedly posted the murder-for-hire offer on TikTok, complete with a sniper-scope image of Bondi.
Disturbing Threat Against Trump’s Attorney General
According to federal court documents, Tyler Maxon Avalos, 29, was arrested on October 16 after the FBI received a tip about the online threat. The alarming post reportedly showed a red laser target dot on Bondi’s forehead, captioned:
“WANTED: Pam Bondi / REWARD: $45,000 DEAD OR ALIVE (PREFERABLY DEAD).”
Beneath the graphic, Avalos allegedly added the ominous phrase:
“Cough cough. When they don’t serve us, then what?”
Officials say Avalos used the TikTok handle “Wacko”, a name he paired with an anarchist symbol and links to extremist propaganda, including a book titled “An Anarchist FAQ.”
Violent Past and Criminal Background
Court records show that Avalos has a long history of violence, including previous convictions for stalking and domestic assault in Minnesota and Florida. In 2022, he was convicted of stalking; in 2016, he faced domestic battery charges.
Federal prosecutors now say the suspect faces charges for interstate transmission of threats to injure another person, a serious felony that could lead to years in federal prison.
Rising Dangers for Conservative Officials
Supporters of President Trump and Attorney General Bondi are calling this a wake-up call about the escalating violence and extremism targeting conservatives. Many say it reflects the growing climate of hate fueled by radical online movements.
The FBI has not yet disclosed whether Avalos was linked to any organized anarchist group, but officials confirmed that the investigation is ongoing.
Political analysts warn that social media platforms like TikTok are increasingly being used by extremists to spread violence, target conservatives, and threaten public officials who support President Trump’s America First agenda.
A Reminder of the Turbulent Times
The attempted targeting of Pam Bondi—a longtime Trump ally known for her tough stance on law and order—has reignited calls for stronger protections for conservative leaders. Many Americans are now demanding that the Justice Department crack down on political extremism that threatens those defending the Constitution and the rule of law.
