Instead, “Southern White House” is a nickname Trump has previously used for the Florida property.

The Mar-a-Lago announcement came during an especially active period on Trump’s Truth Social account.
Trump shared numerous AI-generated images Sunday, portraying himself in a variety of dramatic and sometimes humorous situations.
One image depicted the president sitting behind the Resolute Desk with multiple computer screens showing financial information.
“I do this for our Country, not myself,” Trump wrote alongside the image.
Trump also claimed that he had made “Hundreds of Billions of Dollars” through stocks and other holdings for the United States.
The president did not provide documentation in the post substantiating the amount.
Giant Robots, Fighter Jets and George Washington
The president’s social media activity became even more unusual as the day continued.
One AI-generated image showed Trump standing alongside an army of enormous robots accompanied by the message.
Another depicted a fighter jet attacking Iran’s Kharg Island.
Trump also shared an exaggerated muscular portrayal of himself, an image mocking actor Robert De Niro and another artificial-intelligence creation showing George Washington visiting the Oval Office.
The posts generated considerable reaction across social media and added to Trump’s increasingly frequent use of AI-generated artwork to communicate political messages.
Space Force Image Generates Debate
Another post focused on the United States Space Force.
Trump shared an image presenting a concept for a military-style dress uniform featuring dark clothing and tall black boots.
The graphic said the design was inspired by the uniforms in “Starship Troopers,” the science-fiction franchise originating with Robert A. Heinlein’s 1959 novel and later adapted into a 1997 movie.
The post described the concept as being inspired by the fictional uniforms while being “modernized for the guardians of the space domain.”
The image sparked debate online over its appearance and inspiration.
There was no indication in Trump’s post that the concept represented a formally adopted new Space Force uniform.
Trump’s New Look Gets People Talking
Politics and AI were not the only things attracting attention over the weekend.
Trump also surprised observers when he arrived in New Jersey on Friday with what appeared to be a noticeably darker hair color.
The president’s normally blond hair appeared brown or auburn in photographs as he stepped off Air Force One before traveling to his Bedminster golf club.
The apparent transformation quickly became a topic of conversation online.
Trump went golfing the following day with Fox News anchor Bret Baier and several other people, but his hair was largely hidden underneath a red hat.
That left unanswered the question of whether Trump had permanently changed his familiar hairstyle or whether the darker appearance was temporary.
The White House did not immediately provide an explanation for the change.

Beyond the memes and online attention, Trump’s “Southern White House” comment highlights the continuing importance of Mar-a-Lago in his public and political life.
