Trump is not happy with one red state.
Former President Donald Trump blasted Republican lawmakers in the state of Georgia and said that the ongoing investigation against him is a “witch hunt.”
According to Newsweek, Georgia officials are looking into whether or not Trump committed a crime by trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
Trump targeted Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis who is investigating whether or not the phone call he made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger asking him to “find” 11,780 votes was illegal or not.
Trump the bashed the Georgia prosecutors who are launching a special grand jury which will begin on June 1st.
“The young, ambitious, Radical Left Democrat ‘Prosecutor’ from Georgia, who is presiding over one of the most Crime Ridden and Corrupt places in the USA, Fulton County, has put together a Grand Jury to investigate an absolutely ‘PERFECT’ phone call to the Secretary of State,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
“Many lawyers, from both sides, were knowingly on the call. I also assumed it was taped. I called to fight a Rigged & Stolen Election, and they go after me instead…” Trump added.
