Trump’s FBI Has Democrats On The Run

Democrats can no longer run rampant without any consequences.

Washington, D.C. — In a fiery showdown on Capitol Hill, FBI Director Kash Patel turned the tables on a Democrat accusing him of using the bureau to pursue political enemies. The clash took place during a tense House Appropriations Committee hearing Wednesday and quickly became a spotlight moment in the ongoing debate over the politicization of federal law enforcement.

Rep. Madeleine Dean (D-Pa.), a former Trump impeachment manager, claimed Patel’s best-selling 2023 book, Government Gangsters: The Deep State, the Truth, and the Battle for Our Democracy, served as a political blueprint. Dean accused Patel of compiling an “enemies list” of left-wing figures who have allegedly been targeted since by Trump-era executive actions and FBI scrutiny.

“Should I be expecting a visit from the FBI next, given my role as an impeachment manager?” Dean asked pointedly.

But Patel, a former national security advisor and now FBI Director under President Trump, wasted no time pushing back.

“Ma’am, you want to know who was actually targeted by a weaponized FBI? Me,” Patel said firmly. “And you want to know why? Because I exposed the corruption.”

Patel continued, challenging the narrative that his book singles out opponents for political retaliation. He emphasized that the appendix mentioned by Dean simply names public officials who “violated their constitutional duties and failed the American people.”

“There is no enemies list. These are facts,” Patel said. “They deserve to be held accountable—and the American people deserve to know who betrayed their trust.”

When Rep. Dean tried to change the subject, Patel doubled down:

“You should give that book to every one of your constituents so they can read the truth for themselves.”

Dean rejected the suggestion, prompting a bold retort from Patel: “That’s their loss.”

Trump, FBI, and the Weaponization of Justice

Patel also confirmed that he was subpoenaed by Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team during their high-profile investigation into President Trump’s handling of documents at Mar-a-Lago. The case—widely condemned by conservatives as politically motivated—was ultimately dismissed in July 2024.

Many on the Right view the investigation as part of a broader effort by the Deep State to undermine Trump’s presidency and silence his allies.

Patel’s public defense highlights growing concerns among Americans—especially older, patriotic voters—about the integrity of federal institutions.

“What we’re seeing is not justice—it’s political revenge disguised as law enforcement,” one GOP lawmaker commented after the hearing.

BOTTOM LINE

Kash Patel’s fiery testimony is more than a clash of words—it’s a warning. As federal power continues to be wielded against political opponents, many are asking: If it can happen to them, who’s next?
