This is a very surprising discovery.
A shocking new investigation has revealed that radical left-wing operatives are quietly controlling prosecutors across America, steering crime policies and legal decisions without voter knowledge.
According to a bombshell report by the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund (LELDF), a pro-police watchdog group, a little-known organization called the Wren Collective has been secretly embedded in the offices of at least 40 progressive prosecutors across 22 states.
The report, titled “Outsourcing Justice,” obtained exclusively by Fox News Digital, describes a shadow network funded by liberal mega-donors like George Soros that has been shaping policies, influencing court cases, and pushing dangerous soft-on-crime agendas.
Radical Group Pulling Strings Behind the Scenes
Founded in 2020 by Texas attorney Jessica Brand, the Wren Collective claims to focus on “compassionate” criminal justice reform. But according to the LELDF report, Wren’s real mission is to weaken law enforcement and give criminals more power.
“These prosecutors’ actions are being shaped not by the will of the people, but by a small group of powerful elites and activists,” the report warns.
Through behind-the-scenes consulting, Wren reportedly provides direct instructions to prosecutors, controlling everything from bail policies and plea deals to media strategies during political scandals.
Secret Emails and Confidential Agreements
The report is backed by over 50,000 pages of emails, texts, and documents uncovered through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
One explosive email shows Wren attorneys sending step-by-step instructions to a Portland DA on how to abolish bail and reduce jail populations — offering to do it quietly, “without billing or publicity.”
Some prosecutors even signed non-disclosure agreements to hide their connections to Wren from the public.
Soros-Funded Prosecutors Named
The report identifies several Soros-backed prosecutors, including:
- Chesa Boudin – Former San Francisco DA ousted after public outrage over crime.
- George Gascon – Los Angeles DA under fire for soaring violent crime rates.
- Jose Garza – Texas DA accused of waging a “war on cops.”
These DAs have been linked to policies that critics say emboldened criminals, devastated communities, and handcuffed police officers trying to do their jobs.
Loudoun County Scandal
Wren also played a key role in the infamous Loudoun County, Virginia, school assault case in 2021.
When a biological male student assaulted a female student in a school bathroom, Wren operatives allegedly helped DA Buta Biberaj craft her public response, shielding her from backlash.
Biberaj, whose campaign was bankrolled by a Soros-funded PAC, was voted out of office in 2023 after public outrage reached a boiling point.
Coordinated Effort to Control Justice
LELDF’s findings suggest that this is not an isolated case.
The Wren Collective allegedly works hand-in-hand with political action committees (PACs) to raise massive sums of campaign money, then guides newly elected prosecutors on how to implement far-left policies once they take office.
Many of these prosecutors are inexperienced political newcomers who, according to the report, rely entirely on Wren for their decision-making — meaning unelected liberal operatives are effectively running the show.
The Consequences for America
Critics warn that Wren’s influence has fueled crime waves in major cities, destroyed trust in the justice system, and left victims without justice.
Policies like eliminating bail, refusing to prosecute certain crimes, and protecting repeat offenders have turned once-safe neighborhoods into havens for criminals.
“This is a coordinated attempt to dismantle traditional law enforcement and replace it with a radical, activist-controlled system,” LELDF stated.
Why This Story Matters
This report confirms what many conservatives have suspected for years: America’s justice system is being hijacked by unelected, far-left operatives backed by George Soros and other mega-donors.
Voters deserve transparency about who is truly controlling their local prosecutors — and how these hidden agendas are putting communities at risk.
