Trump Rips Jack Smith For Heinous Act

A bombshell report reveals the FBI secretly obtained GOP senators’ phone records under Joe Biden’s DOJ — and President Trump is calling for justice.

President Donald J. Trump is firing back — and this time, it’s aimed squarely at Jack Smith.

After explosive documents revealed that the FBI, during the Biden administration, secretly pulled phone records of eight Republican senators, Trump tore into Smith as “a real sleazebag.”

Deranged Jack Smith got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. A real sleazebag!!!” Trump wrote on Truth Social, slamming the disgraced prosecutor who led politically charged cases against him.

FBI’s Secret Operation Under Biden

The shocking revelation came from Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), who released evidence showing that the FBI ran a “preliminary toll analysis” on GOP lawmakers as part of the ‘Arctic Frost’ investigation in 2023.

Arctic Frost, launched in April 2022 and later taken over by Smith, was allegedly focused on “election interference.” Instead, it turned into what Republicans call a massive political surveillance scheme.

Those targeted included Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Josh Hawley (R-MO), Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), Ron Johnson (R-WI), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Bill Hagerty (R-TN), Dan Sullivan (R-AK), and Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) — plus Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA).

The FBI reportedly reviewed who called whom and when, not the actual call content — but lawmakers say even that crosses a line.

Grassley: “Worse Than Watergate”

The one-page FBI document, dated September 27, 2023, titled “CAST Assistance,” confirmed that the Bureau’s cellular analysis team ran a “preliminary toll analysis on limited toll records.”

According to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), the document was discovered after an FBI employee cited it while renewing certification for internal systems — triggering outrage on Capitol Hill.

Sen. Grassley didn’t hold back:

“Based on the evidence so far, Arctic Frost and related weaponization by federal law enforcement under Biden is arguably worse than Watergate. If heads don’t roll in this town, nothing changes.”

Whistleblowers Confirm FBI Spied On Trump & Pence

Earlier this year, whistleblowers claimed that Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence were also targeted in the same Arctic Frost operation.

Just last month, reports revealed the FBI had 92 Republican-linked groups under surveillance — including Turning Point USA, one of the nation’s most prominent conservative organizations.

Critics say this represents the most blatant abuse of federal power since the Nixon era — only this time, it’s being done under the Biden DOJ.

Trump Team Demands Accountability

Now back in the White House, President Trump’s administration is reviewing every DOJ and FBI official tied to the Arctic Frost operation and other politically motivated probes.

In August, the Office of the Special Counsel confirmed it had opened an investigation into Jack Smith himself, marking a potential turning point in what conservatives call the “deep state cleanup.”

Despite the growing backlash, Smith reportedly told associates that Trump “would have been convicted” if not for his re-election — a statement that critics say exposes the raw partisan hatred within the justice system.

The Bottom Line

What began as a supposed “election interference” probe has now turned into a constitutional crisis. The Biden administration’s FBI stands accused of spying on sitting U.S. senators, targeting political opponents, and trampling on civil liberties — all while its lead prosecutor attacks the duly elected President of the United States.

President Trump has vowed accountability, promising that “the era of weaponized justice is coming to an end.”
