Trump Makes Democrats Cry Even Harder

Democrats are losing their minds again.

Democrats are in full meltdown mode again — and this time, it’s over former National Security Adviser John Bolton being indicted under President Trump’s Justice Department.

Liberal firebrand Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) lashed out on CNN, claiming that Bolton — a man who turned on Trump years ago — is only being charged because he dared to criticize the president.

“If Bolton hadn’t broken with Donald Trump, he wouldn’t be facing these charges today,” Raskin fumed on CNN’s News Central.

The Maryland Democrat accused the Trump administration of “vindictive prosecution,” saying Bolton is being punished for comments that embarrassed the president — including calling Trump “weak before Putin” and accusing him of “mixing business with politics.”

But conservatives say the real story is simple: President Trump is holding Washington insiders accountable — and the political class doesn’t like it.

Raskin’s Rage and Bolton’s Blame Game

Raskin, one of Trump’s loudest critics during the impeachment hoaxes, insisted Bolton’s prosecution was “revenge.” He pointed to Bolton’s book — the one where he claimed a second Trump term would be “far worse than the first.”

But critics say Bolton made a career of backstabbing Trump to sell books and get TV airtime. Now, after years of attacking the president, he’s shocked that the Justice Department is finally calling him to account.

Raskin’s outrage fits a familiar pattern: when Democrats or their allies get caught up in legal trouble, they immediately cry “political persecution.”

A Long Line of Trump Critics Facing Justice

Bolton’s indictment follows the Justice Department’s recent charges against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James — both of whom launched investigations aimed at taking down Trump.

Now that the tables have turned, the same media outlets that cheered Trump’s prosecutions are suddenly clutching their pearls.

Even The Wall Street Journal noted the irony, writing:

“Had Bolton written favorably about President Trump, it’s doubtful he’d be facing charges today.”

The paper described Bolton as a “patriot,” but critics counter that real patriots don’t spend years trying to undermine a sitting president during wartime crises.

Bolton Pleads Not Guilty, Plays the Victim

Bolton pleaded not guilty and released a dramatic statement accusing Trump of trying to “intimidate his opponents.”

“These charges are not just about me,” Bolton said. “They’re about his effort to silence dissent.”

But many Americans see this as another example of a Washington insider getting caught and blaming Trump instead of taking responsibility.

Trump Fires Back: ‘He’s a Bad Guy’

When asked about the case, President Trump didn’t mince words.

“He’s not a good person — not a good guy,” President Trump said to reporters. “It’s unfortunate, but that’s just how things turn out.”

The president’s blunt response sent liberals into another frenzy — proof that Trump continues to dominate headlines, control the narrative, and expose hypocrisy in Washington’s political class.

Bottom Line

President Trump promised to clean house, and that’s exactly what he’s doing. From career bureaucrats to bitter former allies, the swamp is finally feeling the heat — and Democrats can’t stop crying about it.
