Biden Caught Spying On Top Trump Ally

Biden acted innocent all 4 years however here’s what really happened.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan said Thursday that he uncovered a shocking fact: the Biden Justice Department had been quietly tracking his phone records for over two years as part of its highly disputed “Arctic Frost” probe.

The revelation adds Jordan to the growing list of top Republicans targeted by Biden’s DOJ, which also used the probe to gather data tied to President Donald Trump, multiple GOP senators, and other prominent conservatives.

Jordan described the surveillance as nothing short of a political abuse of power.

“They surveilled President Trump, they surveilled lawmakers, and now they’ve turned their sights on me,” Jordan posted on X. “If they’re willing to do this to elected officials, they’ll do it to anyone.”

DOJ Demanded Highly Sensitive Data from Verizon

Documents released by Jordan show that prosecutors subpoenaed Verizon on April 25, 2022, demanding his call detail records, including:

  • Call logs
  • Text message and voicemail metadata
  • Location tracking information
  • IP addresses
  • Account payment details, including credit card and bank information

Even more alarming, the subpoena demanded data going back to January 1, 2020, covering a massive 28-month window.

To keep the monitoring hidden, prosecutors obtained a nondisclosure order signed by Magistrate Judge David A. Baker, preventing Verizon from notifying Jordan or the public.

The judge argued that telling Jordan about the surveillance could jeopardize the investigation — a justification critics say the Biden administration has used again and again to shield its actions from scrutiny.

Jordan: “This Is the Epitome of Government Weaponization”

During an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, Jordan expressed outrage over the breadth of the Biden DOJ’s surveillance.

“They got who I called, who called me, the exact times, the length of the call, and even where I was physically located,” Jordan said. “This is exactly why we’re investigating the weaponization of government.”

Jordan added that, based on his understanding, the government did not access the actual content of his calls or texts — but the amount of personal data collected was still unprecedented for a sitting member of Congress.

Republicans Warned This Was Coming

Just weeks earlier, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) warned that the Arctic Frost probe was being used as a political tool, allowing the FBI and DOJ under Biden to improperly target the Republican Party and anyone connected to President Trump.

Grassley previously revealed that subpoenas were issued for:

  • Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy
  • Rep. Scott Perry
  • At least 10 Republican senators, including Lindsey Graham and Ted Cruz

The scope shocked even longtime Washington veterans, who warned that the Biden DOJ was now operating far beyond its constitutional limits.

Verizon Responds After Pressure From Congress

A Verizon spokesperson confirmed the company has been cooperating with House and Senate investigators.

“Our team has worked tirelessly to gather all relevant facts,” spokesperson Rich Young said.
He added that Verizon uncovered new information regarding Jordan’s records and immediately provided it to him once it was discovered.

Young emphasized the company’s commitment to “restoring trust through transparency” and expressed support for congressional reforms to strengthen notification protections for Americans.

A Chilling Warning for the American Public

Jordan said the surveillance shows how dangerous government overreach has become under President Biden.

His message resonated with millions of Americans: If the federal government can secretly investigate the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee — then no one is safe from politically motivated surveillance.
