Kamala Caught Lying On Air

Kamala is blaming everyone but herself.

Former Vice President Kamala Harris is now distancing herself from the Biden White House—despite years of public loyalty—following her failed 2024 presidential campaign.

During a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Harris was asked directly whether President Joe Biden and his administration did everything possible to support her bid for the presidency. Her answer suggested otherwise.

“I write about that, as you know,” Harris said, referencing her newly released memoir, 107 Days. “And certainly, I think we needed more time. And from certain places in the administration, we needed more support.”

The comment marked a notable shift in tone from Harris, who consistently defended Biden throughout her tenure as vice president. President Biden did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Late-Night TV Pushes Back

Host Jimmy Kimmel followed up by claiming Republicans had unfairly criticized Biden over concerns related to age and mental sharpness, while allegedly overlooking similar concerns involving President Donald Trump. He asked Harris whether she viewed that disparity as hypocritical.

“Do you think?” Harris replied, drawing laughter from the audience.

The exchange was part of a broader media tour Harris has undertaken since the September release of her book, which appears aimed at reshaping public perception of the Democrats’ 2024 election loss.

A Very Different Story in Print

While Harris defended Biden publicly for years, her memoir tells a far different story behind the scenes.

In 107 Days, Harris raises serious concerns about Biden’s mental condition leading up to the election. Biden ultimately withdrew from the race after a widely criticized debate performance against then-Republican nominee Donald Trump.

Harris writes that allowing Biden to continue his campaign was a mistake, calling it reckless and unnecessary given the stakes.

“It’s Joe and Jill’s decision,” Harris wrote. “We all said that, like a mantra. In retrospect, I think it was recklessness. The stakes were simply too high.”

Public Loyalty, Private Doubts

Despite those private concerns, Harris remained publicly supportive of Biden throughout his presidency. In her book, she suggests she was often blamed internally for administration failures and hints she may have absorbed political damage meant for others.

She even acknowledges that she “perhaps” should have encouraged Biden not to seek reelection—an option she never pursued while still in office.

A Campaign That Couldn’t Separate Itself

During her brief presidential campaign, Harris attempted to defend the Biden administration’s record while also presenting herself as a fresh alternative. That effort quickly fell apart.

In a now-widely circulated moment on The View, Harris was asked what she would have done differently than Biden.

“There is not a thing that comes to mind,” she said.

The clip quickly became fodder for Republican campaign ads, reinforcing voter concerns that Harris represented more of the same leadership Americans were already prepared to move on from.

Rewriting the Narrative After the Fact

Now, with the election over and her campaign behind her, Harris appears to be offering a revised account—one that places responsibility on timing, staffing, and internal support rather than her own decisions.

For many voters, especially older Americans who closely followed the 2024 election, the contrast between Harris’ public statements then and her reflections now raises serious questions about credibility.
