Trump is only growing more fierce.
Under President Donald Trump, the FBI is ramping up its involvement in a coordinated crackdown on criminal aliens, working alongside the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other law enforcement agencies nationwide. This effort spans the entire country, from big cities like New York and Chicago to smaller towns across the heartland. According to FBI officials, the agency’s leadership has been in regular communication with special agents in charge of its 55 field offices, ensuring that they provide vital intelligence and tactical support as part of this initiative to remove dangerous individuals who are in the U.S. illegally.
Acting FBI Director Brian Driscoll recently explained that the bureau is fully committed to assisting DHS in the operation. This includes training its agents on the legal framework under Title 8 of the U.S. Code, which governs immigration and the deportation of criminal aliens. Driscoll emphasized that the FBI’s extensive resources, from intelligence gathering to crisis management, are being leveraged to support this national security mission. He noted that the FBI’s contribution is critical, particularly in targeting the most dangerous criminals within immigrant communities—such as gang members, sex offenders, and suspected terrorists.
Driscoll also highlighted that the FBI’s role isn’t just about boots on the ground. Their intelligence support helps prioritize the worst offenders for arrest. In New York, for example, coordination between the FBI and DHS resulted in the swift apprehension of numerous criminal aliens, preventing further harm to American citizens.
Additionally, the FBI’s partnership with ICE, Border Patrol, and other federal agencies is paying dividends across the country. Recently, agents in El Paso, Texas, assisted in capturing a man suspected of operating a human smuggling ring. These operations are part of a broader strategy to tackle the root causes of illegal immigration and protect communities from violent criminals who exploit our borders.
The Trump administration’s crackdown has already led to thousands of arrests, targeting those who pose a direct threat to American safety, including child predators, violent gang members, and other dangerous individuals. ICE has reported over 5,500 arrests in just one week, underscoring the urgency of the situation.
Under Trump’s leadership, there’s a clear message: America’s borders will be secured, and criminal aliens who endanger citizens will be held accountable. The president has even gone as far as suggesting that certain criminal aliens could be sent to Guantanamo Bay, reflecting his determination to ensure these dangerous individuals are removed from U.S. soil, even if it means taking unconventional steps.
As the crackdown continues, Trump has also introduced new legislation, the Laken Riley Act, named after a tragic case where an innocent American was killed by an illegal immigrant. This law mandates the detention and deportation of criminal aliens, offering states more power to hold federal authorities accountable if immigration laws are not enforced.
By all accounts, the FBI’s support for the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement efforts is robust, signaling a firm commitment to protecting American citizens from criminal aliens who threaten public safety.
