Biden-Judge Sabotages Trump

This can’t be legal. Can it?

In a stunning blow to law and order, a federal judge appointed by President Joe Biden has thrown out a Trump administration lawsuit aimed at cracking down on sanctuary cities in Illinois.

The lawsuit, filed by Attorney General Pam Bondi on her first day leading the Department of Justice, took direct aim at the radical left’s anti-ICE agenda in Chicago, Cook County, and across the state of Illinois.

But Judge Lindsay Jenkins, hand-picked by Biden, ruled that state and local officials have the right to refuse cooperation with federal immigration enforcement—even as violent crimes committed by illegal migrants continue to shock the nation.

“Sanctuary policies are protected by the Tenth Amendment,” Jenkins wrote, claiming that local law enforcement has no duty to help ICE deport illegal aliens.

The lawsuit targeted Illinois’ controversial TRUST Act and Chicago’s Welcoming City Ordinance, both of which prevent police from detaining illegals based solely on immigration status. These laws have turned the state into a magnet for criminal aliens, critics say.

Yet Governor J.B. Pritzker and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson cheered the decision.

“Illinois just beat the Trump Administration,” Pritzker gloated on X (formerly Twitter).

Johnson, meanwhile, bizarrely claimed the ruling would make Chicago “safer,” despite a violent crime wave and a flood of illegal migrants overwhelming city resources.

Judge Jenkins also dismissed the DOJ’s attempt to hold individual state leaders accountable, including Pritzker himself—though the case was dismissed without prejudice, giving the Trump team an opportunity to revise and refile.

🔥 Bondi: “We’re Just Getting Started”

Bondi has promised to go after every Democrat-run sanctuary city that refuses to comply with immigration law.

“If you’re obstructing federal agents, you’re on notice,” Bondi warned.

The DOJ has already taken aim at multiple sanctuary strongholds, including Hoboken, Los Angeles, Paterson, Jersey City, Newark, and New York City—Democrat-led cities that have openly defied ICE and embraced policies that shield illegal migrants.

Just this week, a pair of illegal aliens allegedly shot a federal officer in the face in a Manhattan park—an incident that prompted the DOJ’s lawsuit against NYC and Mayor Eric Adams.

Conservatives are calling the ruling a wake-up call for voters.

“This is what happens when Biden’s radical judges take the bench. They protect criminals and tie the hands of law enforcement,” one Trump ally said.

As the border crisis deepens, President Trump and AG Bondi are gearing up for a nationwide legal battle to restore law and order—and take down sanctuary cities once and for all.
