Democrats have got to do something about Joe Biden.

On Tuesday, Joe Biden delivered a speech at the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. During his address, President Biden placed a significant emphasis on the situation in Ukraine, urging world leaders to extend their support to Volodymyr Zelensky.

He articulated the importance of preventing the division of Ukraine, highlighting that if Ukraine were to be partitioned, it would cast doubt on the security of all nations’ independence.

President Biden further pledged the unwavering commitment of the United States, along with its global allies and partners, to stand by the courageous Ukrainian people in their efforts to protect their sovereignty, territorial integrity, and freedom.

In addressing the conflict in Ukraine, President Biden squarely placed the blame on Russia, asserting that Russia alone bears responsibility for the ongoing war and possesses the capacity to bring it to an immediate halt. He remarked, “Russia alone bears responsibility for this war. Russia alone has the power to end this war immediately. And it’s Russia alone that stands in the way of peace.”

Additionally, President Biden turned his attention to China and expressed his willingness to collaborate with China in addressing the urgent issue of climate change. He emphasized a clear and consistent approach, stating, “I want to be clear and consistent: We seek to responsibly manage the competition between our countries so it does not tip into conflict. I’ve said we are for de-risking, not decoupling on China.”

During his speech, President Biden experienced a momentary lapse in his delivery, commonly referred to as a “brain freeze.” Following this pause, he briefly slurred his words and experienced a period of incoherent mumbling.
