Biden, The Next Reagan?

This is a joke right?

Former Republican House Speaker Newt Gingrich recently issued a very serious warning to the GOP to not underestimate President Biden.

According to Market Watch, Gingrich even went as far as suggesting that while President Biden is often mocked by Republicans and the conservative media as being senile, inattentive and even sometimes slow; Biden must not be underestimated.

Gingrich warned this because be believes that Biden has secretly created a very strong network of Democrats who are working behind the scenes to create and implement new programs that hurt the GOP in the recent midterms.

Gingrich then raised eyebrows by comparing Biden to former Presidents Ronald Reagan and Dwight Eisenhower who were also heavily underestimated by their political counterparts.

Gingrich compared Biden to Reagan and explained, “Both wanted people to think of them as pleasant — but not dangerous. They found being underestimated was a major asset. While people laughed at them, they were busy achieving their goals and getting their programs implemented. Biden has achieved something similar.”

Is Gingrich right? Have Republicans underestimated President Biden and inadvertently weakened themselves by doing so? Well, when looking at the recent midterm elections which were expected to be a blowout for the GOP, it looks like Gingrich is right.

While the conservative media continues to mock President Biden and Kamala Harris for their constant antics, it would be wiser for them to take both of them much more seriously moving forward.
