Biden can’t stop getting sued.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has just slapped President Biden with another lawsuit. This time the lawsuit aims to stop President Biden from lifting Title 42 which the state of Texas believes will leave their state overwhelmed with a massive influx of illegals in their state.
According to Newsmax, when Trump unveiled Title 42 it resulted in over 2 million illegal immigrants being expelled from the United States. The order was initially imposed to stop the spread of COVID-19 however Biden now believes it’s time to lift Title 42.
The new lawsuit from Texas is claiming that Biden didn’t follow the proper procedures when he made the decision to lift Title 42.
“The Biden Administration’s disastrous open border policies and its confusing and haphazard COVID-19 response have combined to create a humanitarian and public safety crisis on our southern border,” the lawsuit claims.
President Biden’s U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra defended Biden’s decision to lift Title 42 and said, “You don’t use a health law to deal with a migration challenge. You use migration laws to deal with migration challenges. You can’t use the cover of health to try to deal with a migration challenge.”
