Biden’s Son Arrested?

Is Biden’s son really going to jail?!?

A former girlfriend of Hunter Biden has asked an Arkansas court to take serious action in a long-running child support dispute, calling for the president’s son to be jailed unless he complies with existing court orders.

According to newly filed court documents, Lunden Roberts, the mother of Biden’s 7-year-old daughter, is requesting that a judge reopen the case and hold Biden in civil contempt for allegedly failing to meet the terms of a 2023 settlement.

In her motion, Roberts asks the court to order Biden’s incarceration as a civil enforcement measure, not a criminal sentence, until he complies with prior rulings related to financial support.

Background of the Case

The legal dispute stretches back several years and was partially resolved when Biden agreed to provide financial assistance through the sale of a limited number of his artwork pieces. As part of that agreement, Roberts reduced her requested monthly child support payment from $20,000 to $5,000.

She also withdrew a separate request for their daughter to take the Biden family name.

Biden initially denied being the child’s father until a court-ordered DNA test in 2019 confirmed paternity.

Alleged Breakdown in Contact

The filing claims Biden maintained limited contact with his daughter through scheduled phone calls but later stopped communicating in 2024. Roberts argues that the lack of contact caused emotional distress for the child, particularly after she attended a family wedding and realized her father would not participate in significant moments.

The motion states that Biden only responds when compelled by court action and alleges that previous expressions of remorse were used to persuade Roberts to accept reduced financial terms.

Request for Modified Child Support

In addition to seeking enforcement, Roberts is asking the court to reevaluate Biden’s child support obligations. She argues his income has changed since the original agreement and that her daughter does not receive the same standard of financial support as Biden’s other children.

While acknowledging that the court cannot require Biden to be an involved parent, the filing argues it can ensure equal financial treatment under the law.

Ongoing Scrutiny

The case adds to continued legal and public scrutiny surrounding the son of President Joe Biden, once again raising questions about accountability, privilege, and whether high-profile families are held to the same standards as ordinary Americans.

The court has not yet ruled on the latest motion.
