Trump appointed Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh has just tested positive for Covid-19.
According to Yahoo, Kavanaugh who is 56 was fully vaccinated and had no symptoms when he tested positive. Kavanaugh’s wife and children have all tested negative and no one else on the supreme has tested positive either.

Kavanaugh will now not be able to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
Furthermore, Yahoo noted, The Supreme Court’s next term is set to begin Monday, when justices are due to hear oral arguments in person for the first time since the coronavirus pandemic began.
