They are hitting Trump with everything they have.

It has now been learned that a New York judge has just ruled that the criminal fraud and tax evasion case against the Trump Organization and former CFO Allen Weisselberg will more forward.

According to CBS, both Weisselberg and the Trump organization asked the judge in February to dismiss all 15 counts against them. Judge Juan Merchan ended up dismissing one of the charges place upon the Trump organization however the others remained.

The Trump Organization and Weisselberg admitted that they strongly believed the prosecutors working for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was coming after them “based on political animus” directed toward former President Donald Trump.

Now it appears that jury selection will take place on October 24th.

Prosecutors have also argued that the Weisselberg investigation was initiated because of a Nov. 2, 2020 article written on Bloomberg claiming certain perks Weisselberg is alleged to have taken.

“The article outlined many of the key facts relevant to the crimes charged,” Manhattan prosecutor Solomon Shinerock stated.

The Trump Organization is being accused of giving their executives with lavish untaxed perks. The prosecutors are saying it was “indirect employee compensation.” Weisselberg is accused of taking $1.7 million in perks such as an apartment and car.

The Democrats are doing everything in their power to destroy Donald Trump. Something this sinister has never been seen in American history.
