Gabbard’s office began releasing these records last month—materials that show just how deeply the Obama administration, the intel community, and foreign adversaries were tangled in a web of deception and manipulation.

One report from the 2020 House Intelligence Committee reveals that Russia may have obtained intel claiming Hillary Clinton was on a regimen of “heavy tranquilizers” due to psycho-emotional issues—including “uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness.”

“If Russia truly wanted Trump to win,” Gabbard asked, “why wouldn’t they leak this? Why hide it—unless they were preparing for a Clinton presidency and planning to use it as leverage?”
According to Gabbard, the answer is chilling: Putin expected Clinton to win and was preparing to blackmail her after inauguration.
Obama’s Covert Operation to Undermine Trump?
Gabbard didn’t stop with Moscow. She squarely placed the blame for the Russia hoax on Barack Obama and his administration.
“This wasn’t just dirty politics,” Gabbard said. “This was a covert mission ordered by Obama to subvert the will of the American people, delegitimize President Trump, and carry out a years-long deep state coup.”
The 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment—crafted by officials like John Brennan and James Clapper—claimed Russia had a “clear preference” for Trump. But Gabbard says that narrative was manufactured to launch a non-stop media attack on Trump’s legitimacy.
