Kamala Attacks Trump

Didn’t Kamala learn her lesson the first time?

Former Vice President Kamala Harris has emerged from months of relative silence with a wave of politically charged social media posts, aiming her criticism directly at President Donald Trump and billionaire tech mogul Elon Musk.

In a message posted this month, Harris applauded growing Democrat opposition to President Trump, stating, “Americans in every state are standing up to the administration.” She also claimed that “the voices of working people will always be louder than the unelected billionaires”—a not-so-subtle jab at Musk, one of Trump’s most high-profile allies.

Harris Hints at Political Comeback: “I’m Not Going Anywhere”

Harris’ latest comments sparked renewed speculation about her political ambitions. In one clip she shared online, Harris ended a fiery speech with a bold statement: “I’ll see you out there. I’m not going anywhere.”

Though she was defeated by President Trump in the 2024 election, Harris may be positioning herself for a political comeback, possibly aiming for a high-stakes race in her home state of California.

Missing from the Stage: Where Has Harris Been?

Unlike Democrat figures like Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, who have been actively rallying their base, Harris has largely stayed behind the curtain. She’s skipped rallies, declined interviews, and avoided podcasts—leaving many to wonder whether she’s ready for a return to public life.

Her rare appearances do draw media attention. Speaking recently in Dana Point, California, to a gathering of Black female business leaders, Harris drew laughs by saying, “I’m not here to say I told you so,” referencing past warnings about Trump during the 2024 campaign.

The clip quickly went viral, sparking further discussion about her next move.

2026 Governor’s Race: Will Harris Run California?

Inside sources told Fox News Digital that Harris is actively weighing a run for governor of California in 2026. The race to replace outgoing Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom is already heating up—and Harris could immediately dominate the field if she jumps in.

However, many analysts note that a successful gubernatorial campaign could derail any chance of a 2028 presidential bid. Running the nation’s largest state is no small feat, and many believe she would have to choose one path or the other.

Democrat Infighting Begins: Rivals Say “California Is Not a Steppingstone”

Not all California Democrats are rolling out the red carpet. Former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, already in the race, warned against Harris joining late.

“The challenges facing California are too great for us to wait for a candidate who wants to come in late in the game,” Villaraigosa said in an interview with the Los Angeles Times. “California is not a steppingstone to higher office.”

He took further aim at Harris’ short-lived 2024 campaign, saying: “You can’t run at the end of the rainbow. Look what that brought us.”

Other Democrats—such as former Rep. Katie Porter and former HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra—have echoed similar concerns.

Despite Critics, Harris Remains the Front-Runner

Polls show Harris as the clear favorite in a potential 2026 California governor’s race. Several declared candidates, including Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalakis, have hinted they would drop out to support her campaign.

She’s reportedly receiving private encouragement from top Democrats, including former DNC Chair and Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe. Even her former opponent, President Trump, had something to say.

“Let her run,” Trump said in a recent podcast interview. “But if she’s serious, she’s got to start doing interviews.”

What’s Next for Kamala Harris?

Whether Harris runs for governor or holds out for a 2028 White House rematch, her every move is under the microscope. But one thing is clear: the Democrat Party remains deeply divided on leadership, priorities, and how to face a resurgent Trump-led GOP.
