Trump-Hater Fani Willis Panics Over New Loss

Things get much worse for Willis.

In a stunning turn of events, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis — the Atlanta prosecutor who led the politically motivated Georgia election case against President Donald Trump — is now under federal scrutiny.

According to The New York Times, federal investigators have issued a grand jury subpoena seeking Willis’ travel records from the fall of 2024, a critical period surrounding the presidential election.

The investigation is being run by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia, headed by Theodore S. Hertzberg. At this point, it is unclear whether Willis herself is directly targeted, but the move signals a major escalation in the fallout from her failed case against Trump.

Trump Case Implodes Amid Scandal

Fani Willis gained national attention in 2023 when she brought charges against President Trump and 18 of his associates, alleging they were involved in efforts to challenge Georgia’s 2020 election outcome.

But her case collapsed spectacularly when it was revealed she was engaged in a secret affair with Nathan Wade — the very special prosecutor she personally appointed to lead the case.

The scandal exploded in January 2024 when Trump co-defendant Michael Roman filed a motion exposing their relationship, calling it “improper” and “clandestine.”

Court documents showed Wade filed for divorce the very next day after Willis hired him. Even more shocking, bank records revealed Wade paid for luxury vacations with Willis, including lavish Caribbean cruises, Napa Valley wine tours, and trips to Miami and Aruba — all while collecting $654,000 in taxpayer-funded legal fees for his role in the Trump case.

Courts Deliver Crushing Blow to Willis

In December 2024, the Georgia Court of Appeals removed Willis from the Trump case, citing the “appearance of impropriety.”

Just last week, the Georgia Supreme Court rejected her desperate bid to return to the case, leaving her career and reputation in tatters.

This federal subpoena now represents the most serious threat yet, coming at a moment when her credibility is already shattered.

Federal Heat Intensifies

The timing of this new investigation is especially notable. It comes just one day after former FBI Director James Comey was indicted by a federal grand jury for obstruction and making false statements to Congress about his testimony related to the 2020 election.

When asked for comment, Willis’ spokesman Jeff DiSantis weakly claimed, “We have no knowledge of any investigation.”

Neither the Justice Department, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, nor the Fulton County DA’s Office responded to media inquiries.

Why This Matters

This bombshell subpoena is another major victory for President Trump, whose legal enemies are now facing serious consequences for their politically driven actions.

For years, the Left has weaponized the legal system to target Trump and his supporters. Now, with Willis under investigation, the tables are turning — and Americans are watching closely.

Bottom Line

Fani Willis once sought to take down Donald Trump and destroy the MAGA movement.

Instead, her own corruption and misconduct may bring her career — and her freedom — to an end.

This unfolding saga proves one thing:

When you go after President Trump, you better be ready for the truth to come out.
