What is the Supreme Court thinking?
Just when we thought President Biden was going to be stopped, Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett REFUSED to hear a challenge made against Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness program which many call unconstitutional.
In August, President Biden decided to forgive an enormous amount of student loan debt just before the midterms. Biden chose to forgive anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000 worth of student loan debt depending on an individuals particular situation.
As a result the Brown County Taxpayers Association filed an immediate appeal to the Supreme Court to block President Biden’s loan forgiveness program.
Now according to NBC, Justice Amy Coney Barrett outrageously denied the request by the Wisconsin taxpayers group to halt President Biden’s federal student loan forgiveness program.
What’s even more interesting is that Judge Barrett appears to have acted completely on her own and didn’t refer to any other judges when making her decision. She also refused to provide an explanation for rejecting the request.
Many conservatives and Americans who were financially responsible and paid off their student loans independently feel frustrated with Judge Barrett and feel as if she didn’t do her job as a Supreme Court Justice.
