The Trump administration isn’t playing games with Democrats.
President Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi is standing firm in support of Tesla CEO Elon Musk after Texas Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett made headlines with inflammatory remarks calling for Musk to be “taken down.”
During a recent appearance on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures, Bondi delivered a clear message to Crockett: “She is an elected public official, so she needs to tread very carefully. Nothing will happen to Elon Musk — and we are going to fight to protect every Tesla owner across this great country.”
Bondi’s comments come in response to growing tensions between far-left activists and electric vehicle (EV) owners. Reports of Tesla vehicles being vandalized, set on fire, and defaced with anti-Musk graffiti are on the rise. Bondi emphasized that such acts of violence and destruction will not be tolerated.
“This violence is unacceptable,” she said. “We will ensure it comes to a complete stop.”
Democrat Lawmaker Tied to Radical “Tesla Takedown” Movement
Crockett’s controversial statements were made during a nationwide virtual meeting with the radical “Tesla Takedown” movement — a group encouraging Americans to boycott Tesla, sell their electric cars, and dump their stock in Elon Musk’s company.
“On March 29, it’s my birthday,” Crockett said. “All I want to see happen on my birthday is for Elon to be taken down.”
She went on to suggest that “money” is the only language corporate leaders and tech innovators understand, pointing to her role on the DOGE Oversight Committee.
Although she later claimed her comments were about “nonviolent” protest, critics say the rhetoric has already inspired dangerous behavior targeting Musk, Tesla, and their supporters.
Republicans Sound the Alarm: “This Is Incitement”
Conservative leaders are calling Crockett’s remarks reckless and irresponsible. Her words have sparked backlash among millions of Americans who support Elon Musk for his outspoken defense of free speech, energy innovation, and independence from Big Government control.
Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of Justice is pursuing tough legal action. Three individuals linked to Tesla-related vandalism are now facing up to 20 years in prison. The charges include alleged acts of domestic terrorism involving damage to electric vehicles and public EV charging infrastructure.
“These people will face severe and swift consequences,” Bondi said. “We are not backing down. If this is a coordinated effort, it’s domestic terrorism — and we are treating it as such.”
Musk Supporters and Tesla Owners Rally Behind Free Speech and Innovation
As Elon Musk continues to challenge the political establishment, millions of freedom-loving Americans are standing by his side. From protecting electric vehicle ownership to defending constitutional values, the conservative base is sending a clear message: we will not be silenced.
Whether you own a Tesla or simply believe in the power of free markets and innovation, this battle goes far beyond one company — it’s about preserving the future of America.
