Trump Accuses Biden Of New Crime

Why is Biden trying to sabotage Trump all of the sudden?

President-elect Donald Trump sharply criticized President Joe Biden’s administration on Monday for selling off unused portions of the southern border wall, calling it an “almost criminal act” and urging Biden to halt the sale immediately. Trump made his comments during a press briefing at his Mar-a-Lago estate, emphasizing the importance of completing the wall to secure the U.S.-Mexico border.

“I’m asking Joe Biden today to please stop selling off the wall. We need that material to build a strong barrier on our southern border,” Trump stated, stressing that the wall’s construction was essential to ensuring national security. “This is a very expensive project, and now, with the price of materials having skyrocketed, what could have been built for a fraction of the cost six years ago is now being sold for pennies on the dollar. It’s reckless and irresponsible,” Trump added.

Reports indicate that the Biden administration is auctioning off unused sections of the border wall, with some materials being sold through online platforms like GovPlanet for as little as $5. Border Patrol agents have confirmed that sections are being removed from key areas like Nogales, Tucson, and Three Points, all of which are known hotspots for illegal immigration.

“This is not just a waste of taxpayer dollars; it’s an act of sabotage against the very security of our country,” Trump continued. “We know we need those sections to finish the wall, and if we don’t have them, we will be forced to spend hundreds of millions more to rebuild. It’s a disaster in the making.”

Trump also criticized the Biden administration for undermining a peaceful transition of power, pointing to their failure to cooperate with the incoming administration’s border security priorities. “This has nothing to do with politics; it’s about basic common sense,” he said. “They’re undermining a policy that worked, and that’s something we can’t allow.”

Republican lawmakers have been vocal in their opposition to the sale, with Rep. Eli Crane (R-Ariz.) suggesting the Biden administration’s actions were politically motivated. “If this is true, it wouldn’t be surprising,” Crane said. “The Democrats seem intent on preventing President Trump from succeeding with the policies they’ve consistently sabotaged.”

Trump vowed to take action to stop the sale, indicating he had already consulted with Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and other state leaders to seek a legal solution. “We will not let this happen. We will make sure that this material is kept in the U.S. and used for its intended purpose—securing our border,” he concluded.
