Okay, this is downright hilarious.
Former President Donald Trump made a prominent appearance at the California GOP Convention held at the Anaheim Marriott Hotel in Orange County on Friday. This event marked a continuation of his ongoing efforts to strengthen his support within the Republican Party.
Jessica Millan Patterson, Chairwoman of the CAGOP, expressed her excitement, stating, “We are delighted to have President Trump back on the CAGOP convention stage, a return since our 2016 convention. As California Republicans gear up to play a pivotal role in selecting our party’s 2024 presidential nominee, I eagerly anticipate President Trump’s address to our delegates, outlining his plans for advancing our nation.”
During his speech, Trump reiterated his dedication to conservative principles and emphasized the need for unity within the party. He presented his vision for the Republican Party’s future and stressed the significance of regaining control in the upcoming elections.
Trump also used humor to critique President Biden’s moments of confusion, a tactic he has frequently employed. He playfully mimicked Biden’s bewildered demeanor, feigning disorientation on stage by joking, “Where am I?” He then continued by stating, “Nah, he’s terrible. You know, I’m much tougher on him than I used to be. Out of respect for the office, I was never like, ‘He’s the most corrupt president, the most incompetent president we’ve ever had.'”
