Could it be?
Former federal prosecutor, Glenn Kirschner, is now claiming that former President Donald Trump may have broken a law that could destroy his chances of running again in 2024.
According to Huff Post, Kirschner is claiming that Trump could have put himself in a “danger zone” by taking those 15 boxes out of the White House and down to Florida like we previously reported.
While many Democrats are claiming that Trump broke the Presidential Records Act, Kirschner is claiming that accusations are “toothless” however he believe Trump may have broken 18 U.S. Code § 2071, this code prevents anyone even the president from concealing, removing or mutilating official records.
“Not only is that a 3-year federal felony, but importantly anybody who is convicted under that statute is prohibited from holding federal office,” he explained.
If Kirschner is right, then this leaves only one Republican to go up against Biden in 2024 and thats Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
While many conservatives want Trump to run again a strong second choice is Ron DeSantis who has made a very big name for himself since coming into office.
