Trump, GOP To Begin Impeaching Judges

The Republican party is holding everyone accountable.

A powerful new move is underway as House Republicans, backed by President Donald Trump, begin pushing to impeach federal judges who stand in the way of restoring law and order in America.

Leading the charge is Florida Rep. Randy Fine, a bold conservative voice who is filing articles of impeachment against U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer—the very judge who tried to stop President Trump from deploying the National Guard during the violent Los Angeles riots.

“We’re done letting activist judges rewrite the law,” Fine told Fox News Digital. “They need to be held accountable when they abuse their power.”

Trump Took Action—And the Left Fought Back

The recent riots in Los Angeles erupted after ICE agents carried out immigration enforcement in areas known to shield illegal aliens. As chaos unfolded—cars burned, police attacked, and stores looted—California Democrats did nothing.

President Trump acted decisively. He bypassed liberal Governor Gavin Newsom and ordered the National Guard to restore peace.

But Judge Breyer issued a temporary block, accusing Trump of violating state rights. His opinion claimed the president’s actions were “illegal” and violated the Tenth Amendment—a claim many legal experts view as politically motivated.

Court of Appeals: Trump Was Right

Just days later, a three-judge panel from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals overruled Breyer, confirming that Trump’s actions were lawful and necessary to stop the violence and protect American lives.

Now, Breyer is facing the consequences.

GOP: No More Free Passes for Radical Judges

This case is just the tip of the iceberg. Conservative lawmakers and Trump allies have long warned about leftist judges who routinely block Trump’s America First agenda—from border security to public safety.

Rep. Fine says even if the Senate won’t remove Breyer, the impeachment resolution sends a vital message.

“If we never try, we give up the tools our Founders gave us,” Fine said. “We must stand up for the Constitution and stop this judicial overreach.”

Conservatives Demand Accountability

Across the country, Trump supporters and conservative voters are fed up with judges acting like politicians in robes. The call is growing louder: impeach the judges who side with criminals, illegals, and chaos—and support the president who puts America first.

As the 2025 election cycle heats up, judicial accountability is emerging as a key battleground—and Trump’s allies are making it clear: No one is above the law.
