President Blasts Network for “Crooked” Reporting
Washington, D.C. — President Donald J. Trump fired back at Fox News on Thursday morning after the network released a poll appearing to undermine his leadership on key national issues—especially immigration and the economy.

Trump: Fox News Is “Always Wrong and Negative”
According to the Fox News poll, 53% of Americans approve of Trump’s handling of border security, a core policy that has defined his administration. However, the poll also claimed that 46% disapprove of his immigration approach overall.
Even more controversial, the same poll suggested weak marks on Trump’s economic performance, reporting 58% disapproval on the economy and 64% disapproval on inflation.
In response, Trump took to Truth Social, blasting the network for promoting what he called “fake polling” and accused Fox News of consistently skewing the data against him.
“The Crooked FoxNews Polls got the Election WRONG,” President Trump wrote. “I won by much more than they said I would. They are always wrong and negative.”

Supporters Losing Faith in Fox News?
Trump warned that Fox News is alienating its own audience by relying on what he calls a “discredited pollster.” He also emphasized that while many viewers still appreciate Fox’s anchors, they’re growing tired of misleading polls that don’t reflect the mood of the American people.
“I hate FAKE pollsters… Fox will never change their discredited pollster,” Trump added.
This isn’t the first time Trump has taken aim at Fox News, a network that once held a strong conservative base. In recent months, he has repeatedly criticized the Murdoch-owned media empire, which also includes The Wall Street Journal and The New York Post, for failing to give his second term fair coverage.

Trump’s Media Reach Remains Strong
Despite the friction, President Trump continues to appear on Fox News and maintains strong connections with former Fox hosts and commentators—many of whom now serve in his administration or as trusted advisors.
Trump’s messaging resonates with a massive base of patriotic Americans who are increasingly skeptical of traditional media, including once-trusted outlets like Fox.
As 2024 draws nearer, one thing is clear: Trump’s America First agenda still dominates the national conversation, and he’s not afraid to call out any outlet—friend or foe—that distorts the truth.
