What’s wrong with the American flag?
Democrats are once again under fire — this time for refusing to show the American flag at a major youth summit.
Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk called out the Democrat Party during a powerful segment on Fox & Friends Weekend, blasting their Gen Z event for lacking any trace of patriotism. The event, hosted by the far-left group “Voters of Tomorrow,” was held Friday and aimed at rallying young voters behind Joe Biden and his progressive agenda.
But something was missing — the American flag.
“Where’s the patriotism? Where’s the red, white, and blue?” Kirk asked. “It’s no surprise. Today’s Democrat Party doesn’t stand for freedom, faith, or family — they stand for grievance, division, and government control.”
Kirk, a strong supporter of President Donald Trump and conservative values, contrasted the left-wing event with Turning Point USA’s youth conferences, which proudly feature the American flag, honor veterans, and encourage civic responsibility.
Even Fox & Friends co-host Charlie Hurt took notice. “Compare it to TPUSA’s events — you’ll see flags, country music, and young Americans who love this nation. The Democrats’ summit looked more like a socialist training camp than a patriotic gathering.”
A recent Pew Research Center poll was also discussed, revealing that 52% of Gen Z men now identify with the Republican Party, compared to just 34% for Democrats. The tide is turning.
Kirk explained why: “Gen Z is finally rebelling against the radical left. From lockdowns to forced pronouns and the destruction of masculinity, young men are sick of the woke brainwashing.”
He added that men are looking for strength, not submission — and they’re finding it in conservative voices like podcasters Joe Rogan and Theo Von, not liberal figureheads like David Hogg, who was a headline speaker at the Democrat event.
Kirk mocked the choice. “David Hogg is now their symbol of American masculinity? Give me a break. It’s embarrassing.”
Later that day, even Democrat strategist Julian Epstein admitted the summit highlighted the party’s growing problem. “Voters are turned off by Democrats. They’re tired of the complaining, tired of the ‘woke’ politics, and tired of socialist-style economics,” he told Fox News Live.
The Democrat Party is no longer the party of JFK. It’s become the party of censorship, cancel culture, and contempt for America.
As young voters drift right and Democrats distance themselves from national pride, the message is loud and clear: Americans — including Gen Z — are choosing faith, freedom, and the flag over socialism, silence, and shame.
