The compilation video released by Ukraine’s presidential office juxtaposed various segments of Senator Lindsey Graham’s conversation, where he made separate remarks. This particular editing choice sparked outrage within Russia.

On Sunday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov expressed his viewpoint, stating that “it’s hard to imagine a greater shame for the country than having such senators.”

Following the actions taken by the Investigative Committee, Russia’s primary criminal investigation agency, to initiate a criminal investigation against Senator Lindsey Graham, the Interior Ministry proceeded to issue an official arrest warrant for him. This development was documented in the Interior Ministry’s record of wanted criminal suspects on Monday.
