Biden-Judge Sabotages Trump Again

Federal Court Blocks Trump again, Draws Fire from Conservatives Nationwide

In a ruling that’s sparking outrage across conservative America, a federal judge appointed by President Joe Biden has blocked the Trump administration’s plan to end temporary immigration protections for over 60,000 migrants from Honduras, Nicaragua, and Nepal.

U.S. District Judge Trina Thompson — a San Francisco-based appointee of Biden — delayed the Trump-backed effort to wind down Temporary Protected Status (TPS) until at least November 18, when the court will hold further hearings.

Conservative legal analysts were quick to slam the move as a blatant example of activist judging and anti-Trump bias.

In her opinion, Judge Thompson wrote, “The freedom to live fearlessly, the opportunity of liberty, and the American dream. That is all Plaintiffs seek.” But then she launched into an emotional tirade, claiming migrants are being targeted because of their race, names, and ancestry—even comparing Trump’s immigration policies to the transatlantic slave trade.

“This ruling is disgraceful and disconnected from reality,” said Stephen Miller, President Trump’s former top immigration adviser. “This is judicial tyranny, plain and simple.”

Legal Experts Rip Into “Radical” Ruling

Will Chamberlain of the Article III Project called the ruling “ridiculous,” pointing out that the judge ignored clear jurisdictional limits and leaned on academic sociology instead of the law.

Jeff Blehar of National Review added, “It reads like a high school paper — filled with emotion, not facts. At least it clearly wasn’t written by AI.”

Harvard Law professor Adrian Vermeule chimed in: “This is a textbook example of a federal judge overriding the law based purely on personal politics.”

Trump’s Common-Sense Reform Blocked Again

The Trump administration, with support from Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, moved in June and July to responsibly phase out TPS protections. Migrants were offered a free flight home and a $1,000 incentive to return voluntarily.

“TPS was always meant to be temporary,” said Noem. “These countries have long since recovered from the disasters that originally justified their protected status.”

According to DHS statistics, over 51,000 Hondurans, 7,200 Nepalese, and 2,900 Nicaraguans remain in the U.S. under the TPS umbrella — many without any pathway to legal permanent residency.

But under the judge’s order, those deportations are now on hold, further straining American immigration courts and social systems already pushed to the limit.

Conservatives Sound the Alarm

Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk didn’t hold back. “This ruling is outrageous. The judge’s reasoning? ‘Trump is a racist’ — so forget the law.”

“Black robe tyranny is a real threat to our republic,” Kirk warned. “If these rogue judges face no consequences, this lawless behavior will only get worse.”

The Bottom Line

This is just the latest example of Biden-era judicial interference designed to undermine President Trump’s America First agenda. Conservative leaders are now calling for stronger accountability — and reform.
