Biden has failed as president.

A whopping eighteen states have join in on a lawsuit against President Biden about his decision to lift former President Donald Trump’s Title 42 bill which quickly deported illegals out of the United States.

According to The Blaze, there just over 5 weeks left before President Biden officially lifts Title 42. As a result, Republican attorneys general are rallying together because they are very concerned about the country getting overwhelmed with illegals.

The lawsuit was initially filed by Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri’s attorneys general and now a total of 18 states have joined in.

The states include: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Alaska’s Governor Mike Dunleavy said, “The Termination Order is detrimental to the states tasked with enforcing immigration standards, and it is not logically appropriate. This policy runs contrary to the Biden Administration’s other declarations because it is expressly premised on the decrease of COVID-19, but the Administration has ignored these facts by enforcing mandatory vaccination and mask mandates.”
