President Donald Trump just dropped a political bombshell — demanding that his predecessor, Joe Biden, be locked up over what he’s calling one of the most corrupt political investigations in American history.

Trump’s fiery statement came after new revelations that the Biden-era “Arctic Frost” investigation into Trump’s 2020 election challenge may have been based on flimsy and politically motivated evidence.
Biden’s Arctic Frost Probe Implodes
A Just the News investigation revealed that Biden’s Justice Department used clips from CNN as “evidence” to justify launching the Arctic Frost probe — a case that later morphed into Special Counsel Jack Smith’s failed federal indictment against Trump.
That indictment accused Trump of “subverting” the 2020 election. But after Trump’s stunning victory over Kamala Harris in 2024, the entire case was thrown out by the courts — a major embarrassment for Biden’s DOJ.
House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) blasted the memo that sparked the investigation, saying it was “the same old weaponization of government” used against conservatives since the fake Steele Dossier.
“It’s the same mindset — using the federal government to go after your political enemies,” Jordan said.
Hundreds of Conservatives Targeted
Internal documents show the Arctic Frost operation didn’t just focus on Trump.
It targeted over 400 Republican-leaning groups and individuals — including at least 160 top allies of the President.
Even more alarming, the Biden administration reportedly obtained telecom data on eight sitting GOP senators, tracking who they called during the post-election period.
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) called the findings a “staggering abuse of power” and warned that the Biden DOJ had gone “completely rogue.”
Trump Fires Back: “Deranged Jack Smith Is a Criminal”
Trump took to Truth Social again Wednesday night, demanding justice for what he described as a corrupt political hit job:
“These people need to be fully investigated and held accountable. It’s an absolute disgrace. Jack Smith is totally corrupt!”
Despite bipartisan outrage over the political targeting, Special Counsel Jack Smith has continued to defend his actions — even claiming Trump “would have been convicted” had he not won re-election.
That comment alone, critics say, proves the case was never about justice — only politics.
A Reckoning Is Coming
The collapse of Arctic Frost is being hailed by conservatives as the final proof of Biden-era corruption and weaponized justice.
Many are now calling for criminal charges against those involved in launching the investigation.
Trump’s demand for Biden’s arrest may be more than just political theater — it could signal the start of a sweeping new push for accountability inside the DOJ and FBI.
