It has gotten very bad.

In a shocking turn of events, FBI Director Christopher Wray has just admitted that he is shocked to see how much violence is now being committed against police officers and has not ever seen anything like it before.

According to Fox News, Wray’s comments came during an interview with “60 Minutes” where he admitted that the murders of cops has increased 59% in 2021. Furthermore, the overall murder rate in America rose 29% last year and the U.S. lost a shocking 73 police officers in 2021.

During his interview Wray said, “Violence against law enforcement in this country is one of the biggest phenomena that I think doesn’t get enough attention.”

Wray pointed out that nearly one officer is dying every five days in America.

Wray further added, “Some of it is tied to the violent crime problem as a whole. But one of the phenomena that we saw in the last year is that an alarming percentage of the 73 law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty last year were killed through things like being ambushed or shot while out on patrol. … Wearing the badge shouldn’t make you a target.”
