Liberal Politicians Smear Kash Patel as He Cleans House at the Bureau
In another brazen attack on law and order, Democrats are now targeting the man working to restore integrity at the FBI: Director Kash Patel, a trusted ally of President Donald J. Trump.
On Friday, Rep. Mike Quigley (D-Ill.) appeared on CNN to rage against the FBI’s renewed push to hold agents accountable. His outrage? The bureau’s increased use of polygraph tests to detect disloyalty and stop damaging leaks from inside the federal government.
“This is a dangerous precedent,” Quigley claimed, as if ensuring national security was somehow offensive. “These are just public servants… we can’t have this purity test.”
FBI Loyalty Tests Send the Left into Panic Mode
The New York Times reported that the FBI has significantly stepped up lie-detector testing, specifically asking senior officials whether they have spoken ill of Patel — a clear sign that internal subversion is being rooted out.
But instead of praising accountability, Quigley doubled down, launching a personal smear against Director Patel:
“He’s an extraordinarily unqualified sycophant who will do what the president says — even if it violates the Constitution.”
No evidence. No facts. Just pure partisan venom.
Democrats Fear a Trump-Led FBI That Works for the People — Not the Swamp
Patel, a seasoned national security expert from Trump’s first term, has been fiercely loyal to the America First agenda. Naturally, that makes him a threat to entrenched bureaucrats and left-wing operatives who prefer an FBI that operates in the shadows.
Quigley was also one of over 30 House Democrats who signed a letter trying to block Patel’s appointment — a clear attempt to protect the status quo and keep Trump’s reform efforts at bay.
Smears from the Left — and Some Unexpected Grumbling from the Right
While the attacks from the Democrat establishment are predictable, some online influencers on the far-right also expressed disappointment after the DOJ’s new memo on Jeffrey Epstein didn’t include a so-called “client list.” Attorney General Pam Bondi clarified there was no such list in the report — but conspiracy-driven frustration made headlines.
Despite the noise, Patel is staying focused on what matters: defending the Constitution, ending corruption inside federal law enforcement, and restoring the people’s faith in one of America’s most powerful institutions.
Patriots want accountability. Democrats want chaos. Kash Patel is standing in the way — and that’s why they’re panicking.
