Here’s what happened.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki refused to answer a reporter who asked about Biden’s recent vaccine mandate and how illegal immigrants do not have to take the vaccine but American citizens are forced to. This comes after about 18% of families that cross the southern border have tested positive for the virus after coming in the country.
“Our objective is to get as many people vaccinated as humanly possible,” Psaki stated. “The president’s announcement yesterday was an effort to empower businesses to give businesses the tools to protect their workforces. That’s exactly what we did.”
The reporter Pressed Psaki asking “Vaccines are required for people at a business with more than 100 people. It is not a requirement for migrants at the border. Why?”
“That’s correct,” Psaki responded.
