It has just learned that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul Pelosi was arrested this weekend for a DUI.
Accoring to TMZ, Pelosi was arrested just before midnight on Saturday night in Napa County and was booked the same night into jail on two charges. Pelosi was charged with driving under the influence and also driving with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher both of which are misdemeanors.
This is a breaking story and all of the details of the arrest have yet to be released however there is surely a lot more to come.
It is also not known if whether or not House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was also in the vehicle as well with her husband Paul.
Speaker Pelosi has yet to speak about her husbands arrest to the public. Paul Pelosi’s bail was set a $5,000 meaning he is likely already out of jail.
