In a shocking turn of events, former First Lady Michelle Obama exposed her own husband, former President Barack Obama, and said that she “couldn’t stand” him for over 10 years when their daughters were younger.
According to Fox, during an interview with Revolt, Michelle Obama said, “People think I’m being catty for saying this: it’s like, there were 10 years where I couldn’t stand my husband. And guess when it happened? When those kids were little.”
Michelle Obama’s daughters were 7 and 10 when they moved into the White House and she explained how the children were problematic as they were trying to advance their own careers.
Michelle Obama further exposed Barack and said, “For 10 years while we’re trying to build our careers and worrying about school and who’s doing what and what, I was like, ‘Argh, this isn’t even!’ And guess what? Marriage isn’t 50/50, ever. Ever. There are times I’m 70, he’s 30. There are times he’s 60, 40. But guess what? Ten years. We’ve been married 30. I would take 10 bad years over 30 — it’s just how you look at it. People give up — ‘Five years; I can’t take it.’”
While being president, Barack Obama did a very good job at making it appear that he and Michelle was in a loving and committed relationship. Now that their days in the White House is long behind them, more details are beginning to emerge about the reality of things.
