At this year’s Super Bowl, rapper Cardi B vented her frustration on social media, placing blame on President Donald Trump for ruining her expensive pair of Christian Louboutin heels. After the game, Cardi took to Instagram Live to share her discontent, claiming that the heightened security and Secret Service presence at the stadium led to a series of inconveniences, one of which was damaging her $3,000 shoes.

As the first sitting president to attend the Super Bowl, Trump’s security team was tasked with ensuring safety throughout the event. However, Cardi B didn’t hold back in expressing how much the strict security measures disrupted her experience. According to Cardi, the Secret Service’s orders forced her to walk longer distances, leading to the destruction of her prized high heels, a pair of spiked Louboutins that she had purchased for an extravagant price.

“This is ridiculous! I can’t even believe this happened,” Cardi said, holding up her damaged footwear. “These shoes cost me three thousand dollars, and they got wrecked all because of Trump’s security. They really didn’t have to go this far!”

She continued to voice her frustration with the president’s presence at the event, admitting that her admiration for him had decreased. “Now I’m not a fan of him anymore. All this just to make me walk around and mess up my shoes. No thanks!” she added, humorously expressing her disdain.

Cardi also mentioned that she wanted Trump to take further action on behalf of her family. Referring to her uncle, who was reportedly deported under Trump’s immigration policies, she sarcastically suggested that the president should return him. “If you’re going to ruin my shoes, you might as well bring my uncle back. He got deported under Trump’s plan!” she said, hinting at the personal toll the administration’s policies had taken on her.

While Cardi’s complaints were largely focused on her ruined footwear, her comments also highlighted the deeper frustrations many feel toward Trump’s policies and their impact on personal lives.
