Liberal heads are about to erupt.
As you may already know, President Biden is slowly moving closer to erasing student loan debt for millions of Americans in hopes of saving the Democrats headed into the midterms.
Now, it appears that former President Barack Obama’s lawyer is saying that Biden will likely not have the right to forgive the student loan debt.
According to Insider, Obama’s former top lawyer Charlie Rose is saying that he is not confident that Biden can allow for broad student-loan forgiveness.
It appears that the ability for Biden to forgive student debt for every borrower without gearing the relief toward each borrower’s individual needs is likely impossible and can be overruled in court.
Rose explained, “If the issue is litigated, the more persuasive analyses tend to support the conclusion that the Executive Branch likely does not have the unilateral authority to engage in mass student debt cancellation.”
It’s beginning to look like the young Americans who voted Biden into office solely based on his promise that he would forgive student loan debt have been tricked once again by President Biden.
Wonder how many more times Democrats will get away with tricking voters into voting for them before liberals begin to catch on.
