Oh-no, does AOC hate illegals?
It now appears that Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has erupted on NYC’s Democrat Mayor Eric Adams after he decided to erect a migrant tent camp in AOC’s district.
Apparently Ocasio-Cortez does not like having the migrants housed in her district and wants them out immediately. These migrants were bused to New York from Texas.
According to Daily News, Ocasio-Cortez erupted on Mayor Adam and told him to get the illegals out of her district saying, “I think we can get to a place with a better solution here.”
Ocasio-Cortez then said that she is in talks with other lawmakers to “figure out if there are additional federal resources” they can use to get the illegals out of her district.
Mayor Adams’ office defended the decision to place illegals in AOC’s district and explained, “No location is perfect, but we are confident in this decision. And we’re glad that so many local elected officials recognize we’re in an emergency and are willing to work with us towards a successful rollout.”
Fox News’ host Rachel Campos Duffy blasted Ocasio-Cortez and told her to deal with the immigrants that she has been defending since she came into politics.
Campos Duffy stated, “She did the same thing the rich white liberal secularist women did on Martha’s Vineyard. She said, ‘Get’em out of here!’ And that’s what happened. And I think that’s the thing about AOC. She really is not Alexandria Ocasio Cortez. She’s Sandy. She thinks just like the liberal white ladies on Martha’s Vineyard. And that’s why she said last week that abortion is an economic issue. She frets about having kids because of the weather. She’s worried about climate change… She’s a hypocrite!”
It’s very funny how Democrats like Rep. Ocasio-Cortez don’t want illegals in their cities or districts. What happened? Didn’t we need more immigration like President Biden claimed?
